Explanation of the prices

• price is based on 2 persons

• each additional person is €15.00 extra per night

• including water (1 m3 per day)

• excl. €165 final cleaning

• excl. deposit €400,-

• excl. electricity (€0.50 kWh) will be deducted from the deposit

• excl. 7% mandatory tourist tax 

• interim cleaning required for stays of 10 days or longer €100

• extra interim cleaning €100

• BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean, otherwise     €50 will be charged (deducted from the deposit)

• airport service on request

• car rental on request

• minimum rental period Christmas/New Year is 2 weeks

• minimum booking age, 21 years
